My son was born with a condition called congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) or congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) of the lung. This malformation is a fluid-filled, or cystic, mass of abnormal lung tissue that doesn't work like normal lung tissue. So in other words he has difficulty breathing and is currently on oxygen and needs to do the surgery. I'm a single mom and any form of assistance will be greatly appreciated.
