My car was repossessed on 10/10/21 the fifth year of a 7 1/2 year installment with Scotia Bank. I was employed with a prominent Fiber Optic company on contract and paid my load on time and in full until I was released from contract in July of 2019. I started TT RideShare which I was able to little by little accumulate my installment but due to the nature of RideShare the maintenance, RideShare app costs, living expenses were overwhelming. Any outstanding payments were all paid by the end of that year. By January of 2020 I met with new challenges and began the new year back in accumulated outstanding payments. The lockdowns that followed played a major part in me not being able to make my payments on time. By October I got a call from the bailiff, I called the bank that same day I was told by a rep that I needed to pay the outstanding, called back the bank to confirm the following Monday only to be told by an account executive that I had to pay the remaining amount of the loan which was 100k. I was unable to raise that amount and the vehicle eventually had been sold for 30k so I now owe the bank the remainder including other fees amounting to 80k. I am asking for any assistance to pay this debt since I've now been contacted by the credit bureau AV Knowles and now facing a legal matter. Again any assistance would greatly be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
