Over the last four odd years, I have been suffering from Cancer. I was first diagnosed after suffering a miscarriage of triplets, at The Port of Spain General Hospital. While warded, I continued bleeding and suffering immense pain. Subsequently, I was discharged with pieces of a foetus inside me. Six weeks later I had an emergency surgery, after which I was unfortunately informed that I have Cervical Cancer. Since then I have been on medication which costs over TTD$6,000.00 monthly, in addition to very exorbitant Specialist doctors' fees. My strong faith in God and the moral support from close friends, relatives and community members, have kept me going, But I am now in dire need of financial assistance.
