Hi, my name is Hansraji. I am a single mother of 2 teenage children, both attending Secondary School. I was previously employed and was wrongfully terminated after 32 years of consistent service.

I am a domestic violence survivor and believer in honesty, integrity and truth. My son suffers from a cardiac illness- pulmonary valve stenosis yet I actively try my best to provide and care for him. I have always supported my community and everyone in my best capacity through various events throughout my entire lifetime.

I am now in an unfortunate position and I am experiencing severe financial harship due to my wrongful termination which occurred in 2021. I have been supporting myself and my two children despite facing severe stress and uncertainty during an extremely difficult pandemic period and present.

I have reached out to several public agencies for support and a job, however, this is proving extremely difficult. I spent time trying to earn money by driving for hire and other small endeavours.

I am pleading for support to meet my mortgage payments and support my children in their education so that we can come out of this severe adversity, and add value to our society.
