My name is Eduards and I am the father of 6 year old Emily who needs to get back on her feet and start talking. We were very expecting a baby, and when Emily was born, we were very happy. Emily was born a healthy girl, but when she was 3 years old, we noticed a deterioration in her health. She stopped talking and herself could no longer hold objects in her hands and move. It is difficult for her to communicate, in noisy places she can get scared. She is unpredictable - in a store or on the street she can break loose and run away, and her parents have to catch her. It does not recognize elementary norms of behavior. She cannot explain how she feels and what is bothering her. It is impossible to agree with this and it is impossible to explain any important things. No ordinary educational and pedagogical methods work with her. All this needs to be corrected by long-term expensive therapy. Her diagnosis is autism spectrum disorder. It is incredibly difficult to accept and comprehend the fact that a beloved long-awaited daughter will never look like ordinary healthy children. Emily has a disability. But more recently, I was advised to take Emily to a children's correctional and developmental center, which is located outside the states, or rather in Switzerland. There are 10 methods in the correctional and developmental center: from speech therapy and massage to hardware and software methods of brain training. Together with neurologists, he identifies the causes of disorders in the brain using functional diagnostics. In addition to classical speech therapy techniques, computer technologies based on biofeedback (Interactive Metronome, Balance-Master), neuroacoustic method of brain harmonization (Tomatis), neurodynamic gymnastics are used here. All this stimulates the development of the immature parts of the child's brain and helps the nervous system learn to work faster. World practice shows that the effectiveness of this approach is about 35% higher than the effectiveness of conventional measures. That is, the child's speech improves about three times faster. Emily successfully completed 2 courses of therapy. And overall health has improved. But, despite this, she needs constant expensive therapy that cannot be interrupted. Previously, the family coped by “squeezing” money out of the family budget for treatment. Now the family is not able to pay for the next scheduled course. Moreover, the treatment is prescribed outside the States, namely in Switzerland. I sincerely hope for your help for my dear Emily. After all, now there is hope that she will get back on her feet, be able to talk and live a full life. We can be a complete family again. Living in love, happiness and harmony, just as we were happy when she was born.
