I am a single mother of one whom is currently renting due to my family members and I being forced out of our family home because of a previous word of mouth agreement on the home ownership of the home, between my father and his family members.

I am currently studying nursing full-time and this is my last option as the funds from my part-time job is not enough to cover my son and I for an entire month.
