The Modelling Association of Trinidad and Tobago (TMATT) is an NGO geared towards the development and protection of models through education, information and the implementation of legislation and programs, Our goal is to assist in the development of the Trinidad and Tobago modelling sub-sector of the Fashion industry.

One such initiative is our International Exposure Program (I.E.P). The I.E.P was developed with the goal of introducing local models to the international market through a one week stay in a Major or Minor Fashion Capital. The program will have the models tour and interact with modelling agencies, fashion houses and or designers to give them an idea of how that market operates. The models will also understand what it takes to become successful in that market and they may even launch their international careers.

This year, our Programs Committee decided to expose our models to the Fashion Capital of London,
England. However, due to the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic, TMATT has restructured the
program to meet the same goals with safety in mind, thus the program will take place VIRTUALLY. The Models will spend a one-week period of August 13th to 21st 2022, in Tobago, Trinidad & Tobago, with scheduled virtual conferences and physical activities.
