Twelve-year-old Jaylon John has spent nearly his entire life battling Juvenile Dermatomyositis—a rare and painful autoimmune disease that leaves his skin inflamed, his muscles weakened, and his childhood dreams slipping further away each day.
Once full of energy, Jaylon now watches the world go by from a wheelchair, unable to play, run, or even walk on his own. Every morning begins with pain. But Jaylon is a trooper and still dreams of walking again, of healing, and of one day becoming a paediatrician to help children like himself.
