Dr. Ramcharan concluded that she is in urgent need of surgical intervention in the form of Transsphenoidal Resection of Pituitary Tumor.

According to WEBMD; A pituitary gland tumor is a group of abnormal cells that grows out of control in your pituitary gland. In addition to the partial blindness, Anju is also experiencing other complications resulting from the tumor.
