COVID forced many shelters to close their doors to the public, halting not only human support but sources of income as well. Shelters and rescue groups now scramble to save, house and feed animals left to die. So many animals have been given a second chance and made many people happy by being able home an animal over the years. Not to mention all the strays which have obtained medical attention for when urgent calls are made for an abandoned, sick animal or injured animal.
But out of crisis came opportunity and creativity—Clifford was able to obtain a piece of land where he is building a cat and dog sanctuary.
There are 130 cats and 18 dogs presently at a location that does not meet the needs of the present numbers. A cattery needs to be built for the cats at the new location. That means the frame, sides, cubicles, roof, overhang, kitchen area and an examination room for an attending veterinarian. This vet clinic would also be able to serve to the village and bring much needed animal medical supplies, education and medical attention to animals in need.

Please assist in this cause so that more of our furry friends can be saved in the coming years.
