My friend Alicia Hosein, has been dealing with some serious health challenges over the last 3 months due to burns! The situation escalated last week and today we learned that she is in need to do an emergency surgery as soon as possible.

To give him the best chance of the mobility of her hands, taking her skin from her stomach area and graftling her hands the procedure can be done privately at a local facility but over TT$50,000 is needed to cover the costs- hospital, medicines, tests, operation, specialist fees, after care.
