Mr Cassim Pesnell was a hard working man. He is a man of many talents from cooking, to welding, to making punch and juices even carpentry. Of all his talents his passion has always been cooking. Cooking afforded him an opportunity to become self employed running his own business "Big Sweets Food". He was able to employ and motivate others to become self employed as well.

Over the years his health has deteriorated. So much so that he had a constant pain in his finger which then led to his hand being bent. Shortly after he was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, a very painful autoimmune disease. At present there is no cure for this condition so he has been on pain medication and methotrexate.

Due to financial constraints and limited access to treatment his condition has continued to deteriorate. As a result a professional recommendation from his doctor was given for him to seek stem cell therapy. This therapy is not available in Trinidad and Tobago.

Research has shown that Stem cell therapy has shown great success in repairing damaged tissue to reduce pain and increase mobility.
Increased mobility is actually something he longs for as he has been unable to walk properly or use his hands due to the pain.
