My name is Bernadette Dookeran . I am the parent of a special needs 28 year girl who has epilepsy and autism. Her name is Rachel Jackman , I am seeking to raise this funding to take her to a private dentist to get work done on her mouth and also extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth , I really dont want my child to suffer dental pain.
In order for Rachel to get dental care at a dentist office i have to pay an anesthesiologist and also pay for a morning session of the dentist time .
I myself has lost some front teeth in trying to save her from  a fall in our kitchen i bounced my mouth on the stove resulting in me loosing two front teeth, and some others are shaky .
You contribution will go a long way in helping us both get the dental care we need.
