Morning, morning, my beautiful people!
Bruce here, and I’m coming to you today with a heart that is truly full—full of love for our community and a deep, urgent desire to help one of our own. You know wealways, say it takes a village to raise a child. Well, today, our village has a very special mission.
I want to introduce you to a brave little 6-year-old named Hezekiah Dabreo.
Hezekiah is a joy—full of smiles and light. But right now, his world is getting "cloudy." He’s been diagnosed with cataracts, and for a child so young, it’s a heavy mountain to climb. As a member of this community, I couldn't just stand by. I knew I had to step up and help his family get him the medical care he needs to see the world in high definition again.
We are standing in the gap for Hezekiah!
I’ve organized this fundraiser because I believe that when we move as one, miracles happen. This isn’t just about a surgery; it’s about giving a child his future back. It’s about making sure he can see his books in school, play with his friends without fear, and look at the faces of the people who love him with perfect clarity.
How we can nourish this cause together:
Plant a Seed: Every donation, no matter how "lil bit" it might seem to you, is a massive blessing for Hezekiah. Every dollar goes directly to his surgery, hospital fees, and the care he needs to recover.
Spread the Word: If you can’t give today, please hit that share button! Pass this link to your family, your WhatsApp groups, and your coworkers. Let’s make sure Hezekiah’s story reaches every corner of the country.
The Big Lime: Don’t forget, we are also gathering in person on April 12th for a Parang Bazaar at 5B Elizabeth Gardens, St. Joseph. Come out, enjoy the music, and let’s show this family what community love really feels like!

I am so humbled to be the one helping to steer this ship, but it’s your generosity that will provide the wind for the sails. Let’s bring the light back to this little boy’s eyes.
Blessings to each and every one of you,
Romario Bruce Salina & The Team for Hezekiah

Hi everyone,
We wanted to share a quick update on Hezekiah’s journey toward his cataract surgery. He is doing very well overall, though he currently has a case of the sniffles! Because he needs to be 100% healthy for the procedure, his operation date has been slightly delayed.
In the meantime, our community has been incredible. Our February 14th Barbecue Fundraiser was a huge success, and we are so grateful to everyone who came out to support him.
Mark your calendars:
We would love to see you all at Hezekiah’s Parang Bazaar on April 12th! It’s going to be a wonderful day of celebration and continued support for his care.
Thank you for staying by our side through every sniffle and success!
