I'm from barrackpore and I'm an flood victim I have 3 kids and whenever it rains I would usually get flood out really bad, it's so bad that my kids won't be able to use the washroom or even bathe I'm requesting funds to build an toilet and bathroom upstairs. I've started already but I've ran out of funds any help that I get would greatly be appreciated.
