Pleasant Good day to all. I am usually a self serviant, able bodied individual, that does everything in his remit to follow the rules and try to provide for my family as best I can. I help others, when I can. So now, in this time of difficulty, I find it difficult to seek and ask for financial aide. However at this time, I appear to be left with no other legal alternative.

I am employee with the Ministry of National Security, and since 2012, due to victimisation of myself by senior personnel, I was restricted from reporting for duties, at the time I was told that I was to be investigated for breach of sick leave rules. However after days of getting no response after complying with all requests to the alledged investigation, I was still prevented for taking up duties. I later wrote a report to the higher mangerial authorities, after finding out that no such alledged investigation was ordered, however to date, no one has attended to my report or to the report of the alledged investigation, in fact, certain senior supervisors, took it upon themselves to restrict my salary, again, without any legal reason to do so. I again wrote to the authorities, citing victimisation, and was told that the matter will be investigated. However to date I am still awaiting the results of any and all said investigations.

I have been withou a job or any means of financial capabilkities since then, I have sought and did many various jobs toi get by, and I have sought the legal services of some of the most prominent attorneys, however to date none have taken up my plight, due to my financial inability to provide any form of payments. I was once given some financial assisatance to hire an attorney of some reputability, however that attorney have since disappered off the scense, and no legal aqction has been taken against the organisation on my behalf, so I am in even gretaer financial difficulties. Nt to mention my then existing debts and financial responsibilities that I had at the time. I have even written to 3 of the highest office holders in this country seeking assistance, but to date, have only received a constant run around, with no one giving any definite response, or making any definite descision on this matter.

So to date I have been left in employment and financial limbo since 2012, where my legal employment status is still to date unknown. I have endured and made every effort to obtain legal employment, short term and temporary, while dealing with this matter, which has been somewhat difficult, as I am still legally an employee of my organisation. I have finally obtained some legal assistance, however, I am in no true financial capabilities to arrange monetary payments to the lawyer in any viable quantum. However the assistance provided to me so far from that attorney has been invaluable. But at this time I am in need of funding to pursue my delima to the fullest extent. At this time I am actively seeking any form of part-time or temporary employment, however, my legal status as an employee of the Ministry of National Security, continues to provide a serious hinderance and impediment to that endeavour.

Thus I am reaching out to any citizen that may be willing to assist me at this time, I am aware that everyone has issues, all at different level, so whomever can assist, it will be greatly apprecdiated, for those who would like to and cant donate, your prayers will be sufficient. Thank you.
