I am diabetic and has a heart condition with and enlarged artery and also has water under my lungs,I am unemployed and my medical bills are very costly in terms of test and medication the heart medications is very costly which I don't get at the hospital pharmacy so it has to be purchased ,any donations given will be greatly appreciated ,thanks in advance.
