Hello, my name is Shaquille, and I am a hardworking father who is doing everything I can to provide for my sons and be a positive presence in their lives. I am currently employed and willing to work, but for more than four months my coworkers and I have not been paid our salaries. As a result, I am owed over TT$20,000 in wages that I have rightfully earned. Despite continuing to work and fulfill my responsibilities, this situation has placed me under tremendous financial pressure. One of my greatest concerns is my responsibility to support my children. I am currently paying child maintenance, but because of these unpaid wages, maintenance arrears have accumulated to over TT$14,000 and continue to increase. I never wanted to fall behind, and it is heartbreaking knowing that circumstances beyond my control have made it difficult to meet my obligations as a father. My children mean everything to me. They deserve a father who can provide for them, support them, and help create opportunities for their future. That is what motivates me every day. In addition to catching up on my responsibilities, I have a strong desire to build a better future through entrepreneurship. I have business ideas, a willingness to work hard, and the determination to succeed, but a lack of financial resources has prevented me from taking the first steps. My goal is not only to overcome this current hardship but also to create a sustainable source of income that will allow me to support my children consistently and reduce the risk of facing similar challenges in the future. The funds raised through this campaign will be used to:
