My name is Andrew Henry I was diagnosed with Peripheral artery disease (PAD), it's currently affecting the blood flow to my legs as I have blockages in my arteries from my stomach and spreading through my body that could lead to further complications...

I currently need emergency surgery to have multiple stents placed to help clear my arteries to restore blood flow not only to my feet but to the rest of my body.

Unfortunately due to the severity of my condition I have to do my surgery privately as the public hospital can't facilitate the surgery...
