IMPORTANT NOTICE:
YOUR CARD STATEMENT WILL SHOW AS BLUE GURUZ INC.
My name is Aqueena Alexander and I am currently an upper six student of St. Joseph's Convent, POS. Recently, I was accepted to participate in Google’s CSSI Summer Program 2020 course after working very hard on my application. However, one of the requirements to remain a participant is to enroll into a school in the United States in the fall of 2020 (virtually as of current status). I was accepted into my dream school, St. John’s University, NY to pursue Computer Science, Cybersecurity. Although, through my current academic achievement I have received a partial scholarship from SJU, the balance of my tuition is approximately $22,000 USD. I humbly ask for your donation to assist me in obtaining my dreams.
I know that your generous donation would be a great investment towards the future of our country. I am fully aware of the lack of technological advancement in Trinnidad and Tobago and this is what fuels my passion as well as the lack of representation of females in STEM related fields. Investing into our country’s future will be beneficial in these technologically advanced times. It is our job as the upcoming generation to become educated in these fields in order to improve our economic, social and human development.
My hope is that one day, I can also help aspiring Computer Scientists in Trinidad and Tobago to obtain their education and improve our country for the better. I have no doubt that you are able to understand my situation and help me become an example to aspiring young individuals who strive for success in education.
