Our Mission
The mission of the SPCA is to protect animals, relieve their suffering, advance their health and welfare, prevent cruelty, working for a just and compassion society. 

Our Work
We are a National Non-profit/Non-governmental Organization (NGO) Start-up in animal protection providing direct hands-on care to rescue and foster, (feral/stray/street), aminals providing safe sanctuaries, food, shelter, veterinary medicine, and adoption alternatives, etc.

Our Beliefs
Although our mission goals remain constant, societal change, technological advancement, and growth in human understanding dictate continual re-evaluation and redefinition of their implications for our work. Our Statements of Belief represent application of the SPCA's Mission Statement to the major animal-related issues and concerns of today.
