My name is Rachael, I'm an Oncology patient and also a single parent since 2013 who have been through chemo and radiation therapy in St. James National Radiotherapy Centre in 2014 and is now suffering with side effects from the treatment given. It has damaged my Bladder and Colon and has greatly affected my quality of life. I'm now in desperate need of surgery to rectify the current health issues that I'm facing. The treatment has damaged my internal organs. I've had part of my surgery done in 2020 and can't afford to get the second part done. The second part consists of 3 procedures which is A CT Guided Biopsy. A Colonoscopy in order to get An "Ileostomy Reversal" Please assist if possible, will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
