My name is Derick Jr Ambrose, some of you may know me as Ryszard. I am a second year medical student at Richmond Gabriel University in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It is my dream to become a Pediatrician and to provide the best medical care and support for our kids here in Trinidad and Tobago. However, I have been struggling with my tuition payments due to the pandemic and unfortunately, my family is not in a position to assist me financially. I am now facing a very challenging situation as I have had to take another leave of absence from school this semester in an attempt to raise TTD$42,000, to pay off the balance of my 2nd year tuition. I have reached my limit on the amount of time off I am allowed by the institution, and if I am unable to make this payment by June 2022, I may be forced to withdraw and lose my dream of becoming a doctor. In addition to teaching part-time, and conducting food fundraisers, I have decided to explore this option and reach out to you guys. I would greatly appreciate any donation no matter how small.
