I have been diagnosed with stage 4 chronic kidney disease,my kidneys are functioning at 27%, masses on my adrenal glands which may be cancerous, heart function at 10%, fluid in lungs, diabetes and high blood pressure. I have nine kids five under the age of 18 years, I am unable to work and have rent to pay, groceries to buy, kids to send to school, utilities to pay.
