His name is Shaqueel Jack, a graduant of the University of Trinidad and Tobago with a Bachelor degree in Education. He is 26 years of age and was diagnosed with a rare eye condition that is worsening his vision in both eyes and unfortunately cannot be treated in Trinidad and Tobago .
