Due to non payments of outstanding allowances neither getting confirmation on our salary increase by the Ministry of Local Government.Bills backing up,School Books,Stationery,Uniforms etc has to be bought.The recent increases a flat salary can't cover the basics necessities.Any help given will be greatly appreciated
