Hello everyone
This is Judy-Ann Prescott. Please, I'm reaching out in desperate need in support of assistance to have a hysterectomy surgery done. I consulted with my doctor and was advised that this is the only course of action to relieve my pain and improve my quality of life.
I am on a waiting list to have the surgery done through the public system, however the date is in August. I am exhausted as this daily excruciating pain is too much to endure.
As such, I am humbly asking for your assistance to cover the surgical procedure, hospital stay, medical supplies, medication and anaesthetist totalling the cost of $61,500.00.
