Dear Family, friends,

Many of you know my mother, Kate. She has supported and inspired a lot of us over the years. Last year, we found out that she needs surgery on her colon. So far we have determined it is not cancer, but hse is on medication 24/7 until she can have the surgery. The surgery will be laparoscopic, to help reduce the risk of open sugery and the length of recovery time. This type of surgery is costly, so as a family we are working hard to raise the funds to have it performed as soon as possible.

We are asking our family and friends to help us reach our goal sooner, so Kate can be in better health and get back to those she loves and cares for and back to the things she loves doing.
