This campaign is created to raise funds for my brother Duane Peters, who is currently facing a very serious medical situation. He has been diagnosed with severe heart failure, with only 20% heart function, along with stage 3/4 kidney disease.
His doctors have advised that he urgently needs an angiogram to determine the extent of the blockages in his heart. Unfortunately, through the public hospital system, he has been placed on a waiting list that could take months. Given his condition, waiting that long carries serious risks.
Through the private healthcare system, the cost of the angiogram is approximately TTD 12,000. If an angioplasty is required, the cost could be as high as TTD 200,000, which is far beyond what our family can manage on our own.
