My mother has been courageously battling kidney failure and has been on dialysis for the past year. During this difficult journey, she has depended on a temporary perm cath for treatment, but doctors have now advised that she urgently needs a fistula procedure for safer and more reliable dialysis access. Before this procedure can be done, she must first complete an echocardiogram and vein mapping. Due to overcrowding and long waiting periods at the public hospital, we are seeking to have these tests done privately so she can receive the care she needs without further delays. We are also trying to raise funds to assist with dialysis expenses whenever the dialysis center experiences “skip days,” forcing patients to seek treatment elsewhere at additional cost. Missing dialysis is not an option, as it is life-sustaining treatment. This has been an emotional and financial challenge for our family, and we are humbly asking for any assistance possible. No donation is too small, and even sharing this message would mean so much to us. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
