It has been said by Rona Barrett, “The Strong individual is the one who asks for help when he/she needs it”. Today I come once more asking for your help. The years 2020 and 2021 has certainly been one where my faith and strength has been tested and continues to be tested. It has been one year since my surgery, and I am still undergoing treatment and therapy to get back to a space of my “new normal”. Unfortunately, medical issues and Covid post-surgery has led me to not being able to reach that point. I have reached many milestones as well as faced many challenges. It is for these reasons I am having this fundraiser. In addition to having to do further treatments to aide in my recovery and having another life-threatening procedure, I also still have medical bills to pay off. God has certainly provided and is continuing to provide for me throughout this year as we have all been thrown off course with our “new normal”. I would appreciate your assistance in every way possible. Believe me when I say that any donation would be received with sincere gratefulness.
