A Heartfelt Appeal to Help Restore Hope and Vision to Kirk and Karen.

Greeting my fellow countrymen/women.

In the spirit of peace, love, and grace — and as we continue to celebrate light over darkness — I reach out today with a humble heart and a sincere request for compassion.

Earlier this year, Karen Lee Woo, an acquaintance and, if I may say, a dear friend of mine who has spent years safely transporting children, suffered a major heart attack. While still recovering from this medical setback, she unfortunately lost her vision. She and her devoted husband now face unimaginable challenges as they navigate this difficult chapter together.

I am reaching out on their behalf to raise funds to support the medical surgeries needed to improve their quality of life. Due to medical restrictions, the necessary eye surgery cannot be performed until after the heart procedure is successfully completed — making the need both urgent and delicate.
This appeal is not just for financial aid, but for the kindness, encouragement, and shared humanity that binds us together as a people. Every drop fills the bucket — no amount is too small, and no gesture of love goes unnoticed.

I understand that times are challenging for many, but I hold firm in the belief that when we come together in unity and compassion, nothing is impossible.
