My name is Sarra, and to be honest..life has been a real mix-up lately. I am a wife, a mother of two, a full-time worker, and a part-time student studying Mass Communication. Every day, I am juggling parenting, working, schoolwork, healing from sciatica, and still remaining hopeful that better days are coming. But I not here to complain, I here to build something real. My dream is to work in branding and digital communication. I want to manage social media platforms, create advertising campaigns, help businesses tell their stories and connect with people in a meaningful way.


Not just to make money, but to make impact. I want to use creativity to solve problems, empower others, and eventually give back to communities all across Trinidad and Tobago...especially for at-risk groups who feel unseen.
So,
The journey has already begun.I am doing short courses in digital marketing, copywriting, social media strategy and more alongside the Mass Communication degree. I am learning every single day, and I loving it!

But I have one big problem: my laptop is trash. Sorry to say it like that, but it is true. It is a little Chromebook that cannot run anything besides Google Docs and frustration. My laptop can barely open a browser tab without coughing up dust, and my phone? That lil thing fighting for its life every time I open Canva. I am trying to do content creation, graphic design, video editing, networking, run campaigns, build a brand, and the phone sayin: “Girl, I tired.” I cannot access the software I need, no Photoshop, no video editing, not even basic design tools like Canva Pro. I trying to learn new skills, but the laptop holding me back bad. So, I am asking for help. For real. I am asking for a chance to have the right tools to get out this season and build something strong. Your donation will help me buy:

 

• A proper laptop that could run creative programs.
• Access to online certifications (Google, Meta, Canva, etc.)
• Design and editing tools that I need to build an actual portfolio.
• Improve my home setup so I can focus and work with less stress.

I am not begging for luxury, I am asking for a start. I want to build a life where I can help support my family, give my children a better example, and eventually pour back into other people who feel stuck like how I did.
