I am Victoria Chung and I need laser eye surgery. A couple months ago a blood vessel popped in my eye . I have completed three rounds of injections to dry out the blood in my eye however I'd need laser eye surgery to rectify this issue permanently, if the surgery isn't done I'd be at risk for blindness.
