Penni is 35 years of age. She lives in Fanny Village, Point Fortin, Trinidad and Tobago. W.I. Penni is an out-patient of the Neuro Cinic at the San Fernando General Hospital which has referred her to another medical facility for advanced attention. Examinations have revealed an aneurysm and a tumour both in her brain.
