IMPORTANT NOTICE:
YOUR CARD STATEMENT WILL SHOW AS BLUE GURUZ INC.
It is a historical site 136 years old. It is tied to the descendents of Indentureship. It is a Mud House with a leaking roof, a broken fence and constantly flooded.
Objective 1: We wish to keep our legacy alive, maintaining the history and evolution of the children of the Indentured in Trinidad and Tobago. The needs of this project cannot be funded by fundraisers and we will require assistance because of two years of COVID-19.
Objective 2: It is a site for visitors, national and international, to touch the past lives of the ancestors. It has provided research material for school projects for SBA and History at UTT.
The breakdown of costs is as follows:
1) The Mud House Roof: $125,000 Labour and Materials
2) Fencing: $200,000
3) Drainage: $175,000 with a box drain with a bridge and two culverts.
