I come to you as a single mother seeking help to save my son Jaidon’s failing vision. He was diagnosed with Congenital Glaucoma from birth and has had to endure multiple surgeries over the course of his young life. Despite these interventions his vision is still classified as severely impaired, currently he is in need of a major eye surgery that is intended to preserve his remaining vision and relieve the discomfort he experiences on a daily basis. As you can imagine the cost of this surgery is well over 40,000 TTdollars, a sum I cannot afford on my own. As such, I come to you to help safeguard my son’s future and improve his quality of life. Anyone who knows Jaidon can attest to his fierce intelligence and larger than life personality, at sixteen years of age he has continued to be a well rounded student with a thirst for knowledge that keeps him motivated.
