Dear Friend,
I need urgent surgey to remove a life-threatening fibroid/s.
I have been struggling with this issues for some time but it is becoming a threat to my livelyhood.

The doctors at the Public level want to remove my whole womb, but at the private level they say I can save my womb.

I was caught between both parties and after much deliberation & research, I know I can save my womb.
