Hi hi, my name is Isabella Franco and i'm 24 years old. I've been facing a challenging journey with my health, one that has significantly impacted my life since i was a teenager. I have been diagnosed with an unknown autoimmune disease alongside several other health conditions, which have left me in a constant battle for stability and wellness. For as long as I can remember i've never been the healthiest or most stable kid/teen/adult. I've only ever received treatment in Trinidad and as the quality of our healthcare declines, the more help I need

Living with an autoimmune disease that remains unidentified has been incredibly tough. Each day brings new symptoms, from debilitating fatigue to severe pain, making even the simplest tasks overwhelming. On top of this, I manage other health issues that compound my struggle, turning daily life into a series of medical appointments, treatments, and medications.

Why I Need Your Support:
The medical costs are piling up and a lot of my medications that give me relief are not on CDAP. From specialist consultations, diagnostic tests, to treatments without the aid of insurance. The financial strain is immense. I'm seeking assistance to:

- Cover the cost of ongoing and new medical tests to finally identify my autoimmune condition. (e.i colonoscopy, more blood tests etc)
- Pay for medications and therapies that aren’t covered but are crucial for my quality of life.
- Support daily living expenses as I can't work full-time due to my health.
