My cousin, Lystra Joseph, is courageously fighting aggressive stage 4 gastrointestinal appendix cancer — a rare and serious cancer that affects the appendix and digestive system.

Lystra has endured extensive medical treatments, significant physical pain, emotional strain, and overwhelming financial hardship. In her fight to survive, she has exhausted her savings trying to access medical care.

Lystra urgently needs a life-saving surgery that is not available in Grenada. This specialized procedure can only be performed abroad and requires significant financial support for surgery, medical care, travel, and recovery, as well as medications and ongoing treatment.

This fundraiser is being created to help cover the cost of the surgery, specialist consultations, medical evaluations, travel and accommodation outside Grenada, follow-up care, and basic living expenses while Lystra continues this difficult battle.
