My name is Sean Sorias, I am a Christian filmmaker and photographer walking out my purpose around creating artwork for the purpose of Glorifying God. I recently started my business Sorias Media a year ago by faith, full time. The investment into it so far has been a lot, amounting to over $40,000TT in equipment. God has provided through so many avenues and people and I’m grateful for it all.

However I’m facing challenges that limit my ability to create and serve effectively. My current laptop struggles to keep up with the demands of my work and lacks sufficient storage. I’ve been saving towards a new one but so many expenses have also popped up with the business.

Honestly, I’ve started this campaign out of how much the stress of saving has been a burden to me and to get financial assistance to help further God’s vision for my business for me to purchase and save for a new laptop quicker to be able to work more efficiently and complete projects faster for both my business and my church’s ministry needs.

You may have seen my work on @soriasmedia and @nswps.tt on Instagram where I’ve been actively capturing a mix of portraits, gospel concerts and sports photography. As I take on more work I also have the need of getting a more efficient lens (70-200) that allows me to shoot from greater distances without compromising quality. While my business has grown significantly in the past year, a lot of the times opportunities to serve are not paid but still have a heavy cost and expense to it.

My goal is really to be able to grow my business and bring influence to photography and filmmaking in Trinidad and Tobago. Your support would be greatly appreciated as it would help me to reach this goal and also bring some peace of mind. It would allow me to serve with excellence professionally and in ministry.
