Sancoche is an amazing dish that is also known as a local cook up. This delicious pot is a combination of a little bit of this and a little bit of that (meat, various provisions and vegetables).
Tobago Edition - Pan in De Sancoche will be a production of pan, and old-time calypsoes. Five Bands and Guest Performers will give us their take of old time calypsoes on the sweet Steelpan.
