I left Brooklyn for some time in Central America, then returned home to self finance a Protein Breakfast Smoothie Spot. Deep south of a tiny Caribbean island, with extreme heat, and no health food options 

We'll build community around picturesque Shakes, Salads, Bowls, Green Shots, and eventually, host a Green Market Breakfast PopUp.  All under a smooth Brooklyn vibe.

Invested it all, soul, sweat, funds, but still short on a few critical aspects. We must open soon. You understand...
