Since 2017 the Woodland community has been plagued with unprecedented flooding annually. The pleas of the residents of this community to those in authority to address the situation has been unsuccessful.
We are therefore seeking your help in raising funds towards addresssing the problems ourselves. This entails renting equipment and operators to clean and desilt the rivers, as well as purchase materials such as backfill and boulders to restore and strengthen the river banks in our community.
