I am currently managing several serious health conditions that have significantly impacted my daily life, my ability to work, and my overall well-being. I am seeking support to help cover the cost of essential medical procedures and treatments required to improve my health and prevent further complications. Because of these complications, everyday activities that many people take for granted have become significant challenges for me. Living with these conditions has been both physically and emotionally overwhelming, and there are times when the burden feels deeply discouraging. 1. Removal of Kidney Stones and Kidney Cyst Leading to Chronic Kidney Disease (Stage 3B)

Symptoms

- Persistent back and flank pain
- Pelvic discomfort
- Intermittent pain and burning during urination
- Fatigue and weakness due to reduced kidney function and anemia
- Fluctuating blood pressure requiring ongoing medical management
- Reduced kidney function (Stage 3B Chronic Kidney Disease)

Impact on My Quality of Life
My kidney condition affects nearly every aspect of my daily life. Ongoing fatigue and pain make it difficult to complete routine activities and household responsibilities. I require frequent medical appointments, regular blood tests, and careful monitoring of my blood pressure and kidney function. I also live with the ongoing concern that my condition may worsen without appropriate treatment, increasing the risk of progression toward kidney failure.

2. Biopsy for Thyroid Nodule

Symptoms

- Potential risk of thyroid cancer
- Persistent fatigue

Impact on My Quality of Life
The ongoing fatigue makes it difficult to maintain my normal routine. I struggle to remain consistent at work and often lack the energy needed to complete basic daily tasks. These symptoms have significantly reduced my quality of life and my ability to function independently.

3. Treatment for Sleep Apnea

Symptoms

- Interrupted sleep throughout the night
- Excessive daytime fatigue
- Persistent morning tiredness despite adequate sleep time
- Reduced energy and alertness during the day

Impact on My Quality of Life
Poor sleep quality leaves me constantly exhausted during the day, making it difficult to concentrate, work effectively, and manage daily responsibilities. This ongoing fatigue also exacerbates my other health conditions and makes overall recovery more challenging.

4. Treatment for Carotid Artery Disease

Symptoms

- History of a transient ischemic attack (TIA)
- Presence of soft plaque in the carotid artery
- Ongoing concern regarding stroke risk

Impact on My Quality of Life
Living with carotid artery disease has been both physically and emotionally distressing. I live with the constant concern of experiencing another TIA or a potential stroke, which I have already experienced. I require ongoing medication, regular monitoring, and frequent medical follow-ups. The uncertainty surrounding my condition has significantly affected my sense of security and my ability to plan for the future without anxiety.
