My name is Sarah Indarsingh and I am the Pastry Chef and owner of The Rebel Chef. A local modern online dessert shop. My desserts are internationally inspired and locally made, high quality yet affordable. I have been present at Rootsyardd Night Market in POS Trinidad, offering my desserts and I am also available for online orders.

I have been baking for about 8 years out of my home kithcen. Finance has always been a challenge for me so I have been developing my skills through any free courses or low cost culinary workshops I can find and being inspired by other professional pastry chefs around the world! I have always had great reviews from family, friends and a few clients and they have always told me that they look forward to one day attending my restaurant. I have a dream of one day owning and operating an all dessert fine dining restaurant in Trinidad with the aim of providing a unique experience by allowing you all to travel the world with me through desserts and to create workshops where I can share my knowledge and techniques with other aspiring Pastry Chefs.
I am raising this campaign today to purchase some equipment listed below for my kitchen which is being constructed as we speak.
