Hi everyone! My name is Anushka Singh. I am 22 years of age and I am also a Chef Lip and Palette patient. I am asking for financial help for my surgeries. Ive had 2 surgeries at birth and 2 more before I turned 10 years old @ San Fernando General Hospital. I have 2 more surgeries which would close up the opening at the roof of my mouth and reconstruct my upper lip.
