Hello, my name is Maniram Ramjattan. I reside in Trinidad. I am 54 years of age. In 2020 i got retreched and in 2021 i suffered a massive heart attack. I was hospitalized for 1 week at the San Fernando General Hospital. After getting discharged from the hospital i was sent to Westshore Medical Private Hospital for further test. Results came back to right side artery completely blocked, and the other 2 is at 90% and 95% blocked. I'm in need of triple bypass surgery. Since August of 2021 i sent in all my paperwork to the the Government for assistance and have not received any updates. Everyday that goes by my health is deteriorating and sometimes i don't think i will live to see another day. Since I'm not getting any feedback from the government, i decided to take things upon myself and ask for assistance for my surgery and medical bills. My goal is $300,000 Trinidad and Tobago dollars or $50,000 US Dollars. This will help cover all my needs for surgery and aftercare.
