End stage kidney failure. With minimal chance of survival.. had to resign, with no income and no grant and no funds to get by.. plus CDAP have no meds available and in order to live a little longer i need certain medications to keep going with the dialysis.. diet and bills.. medications.. having to pay for my surgery.. its alot.. i dont want to die.. please help donate..
