Hello everyone, My name is Ashphil Robertson.
From the wonderful island of Grenada.
I’m raising funds so I can further my education at Le Cordon Bleu.
I choose to pursue my education at Le Cordon Bleu because it’s a school that will teach me the best about patisserie and culinary management. It will also provide me with the skills that I would need as a pastry chef to continue my career in this industry. My ultimate goal in life is to become an Executive pastry chef and also one day own a bakery and event planning business.
I am determined to be successful, I believe I possess the qualities of a dedicated, hardworking, humble and truly passionate student and worker.
Culinary Arts/ Hospitality is an area I would say I have the passion and love for.
I’ve been studying culinary arts since secondary school where I realized I have a true love for the art.
I've been accepted to attend Le Cordon Bleu fall of 2021.
I promise I will put my best foot forward to ensure I receive the education needed to obtain my goals and I’ll also ensure to be a great representation of my country Grenada.
